I work with new businesses in all aspects of their early growth, from helping founders determine the best entity type to drafting the company's first round of financing. I help companies create create specialized contracts based on their specific needs, such as liability waivers, art licensing agreements, and white label agreements.
My main priority is to ensure that my clients legal needs are taken care of quickly and efficiently, so that founders can spend more time doing what is important: growing their business.
